by lydiatousantI like this name, it's very pretty!
by bethsudsI love it! This is the name I like if it is a girl.
by AmberT26I love the Arabic pronunciation of this name, which rhymes with Dahlia, but I'm not too fond of the 'normal' way to pronounce it.
by reinespartiateI LOVE the name, but I would drop the extra A. Other ways I've seen it spelled are Aleyah, Aleah, Alea. I like the spelling Aliyah, but it's really close to my step-niece's name which is Alyviah (Olivia) so.. I dunno. I also like Leah.

by nenay25I love this name, although I will personally eliminate the double "A" and just spell it "Aliyah"..
by patterson0717thats a cute name
by bigsister2018I have always loved this name since Aaliyah broke onto the music scene. Then in high school one of my best friends was named Alia. I am seriously thinking of bringing this name to the table with my husband if we are having a girl.
by mgracem505I fell in love with this name after the r&b artist aaliyah became famous. Ever since it has been my all time favorite name. All my family has asked me what I am going to name my baby girl and I tell them Aliyah. They absolutely love it. No one in the family is named after this name so my daughter will be unique, outside from the traditional hispanic names that run in my family.
by laurameraz22i love this nameee! but due to the fact that my bfs daughters name is Maliyah (ma-lee-ya) her mother had a heart attack when she seen the spelling of this name even tho i wanted to pronounce this (ah-lie-ah) so we are no longer gonna name our daughter this.. :(
