This is my little girls first name and I love it. Hers is spelled with a different variation though. Her's is Makenzie Grace and I love that I found a name to tie my Scotch-Irish roots to a name that I adore.

Her middle name is Taylor, because her brother's name is Michael Thomas and I wanted them to both have the same initials!! Their dad, my husband's name is VERY IRISH, Michael Shannon and I wanted my son to be a 2nd, but my husband hates his middle name. I wish I would have went with my instincts because my son came out with red hair and looks very Irish!!
