by queenmommy619We found out a few weeks ago that we are having a boy...My husbands name is Alexander and is called Alex, I want to use Alexander for my son, but call him Xander!!! Trying to change up the middle name so he's not a Jr.
by dpatienceMy boyfriend and I are expecting now. If we have a baby boy his name will be Xander Thomas Lang.. I am so excited to find out what it is...
by Caslem2012I just found out I'm pregnant and if it is a boy he will be Xander Milan Xavier
by MzKhailyni loved the way its spelled, i also loved the character of Xander in Buffy as her sidekick and best friend
by tinkfan7237My boyfriend wants a junior but I have never been too keen on them. so Instead of Alexander junior it will be Xander.
by Ktrip81We aren't pregnant yet, but when we do become pregnant again if we have a boy this has possibilities, though we might spell it as Zander.
by AplJax3I don't know yet if I'm having a boy or a girl, but if I have a boy Xander is on the top of my list. I've always loved the name and I love it even more becasue it starts with the letter, X, just like my name :)
by xoch08We are naming our son this name!!! Xander!!! I love it!!! Super strong and fierce!!!
by mommaterrellThis is what we are naming our son exept we are spelling it Xandar.
by WashingtonQueenThis is my middle son's name. We chose it because we wanted somethings strong and traditional, with a bit of a modern flare. I also completely agree with mandctaft. Except that where I am from (Nova Scotia, Canada) every man named Alexander ends up getting called Sandy. Yuck. So Xander it is! Haha! And boy is he an incredible kid. Strong and fierce, determined and absolutely brilliant. His name suits him perfectly.
by DawnB2BI like the name Xander. My mom asked me why I didn't just name him Alexander and call him by a nickname. Because all I want to call him is Xander and I don't want people calling him Alex.
by mandctaftHehe, pronounced like "Zander"... We chose this one, we liked it because it was a creative outtake on Alexander!
by EssaG12how do you pronounce it? Is is "X"ander or does it sound like "Zander"?
by StampsnglitterHis daddy picked the name - his whole family is Greek, and we plan on having a big family, so "defender of the people" is a perfect name for the oldest ^_^
by IrishThunderThis will be my baby's name if it's a boy!
