Denny

Denny is a gender-neutral name meaning "the Dane's village" or "follower of Dionysius." Dionysius was both a biblical figure who became the first bishop of Athens after his conversion to Christianity. In Greek mythology, Dionysius is also known as the God of many natural things, including grape-harvest, winemaking, orchards and fruit, vegetation, and more. While Denny may at first bring to mind the fast-food chain, the name has pretty rich history and background for baby to embrace.
